A25 Tickets Allocated for people who are disabled and/or have accessibility needs

This form will close at 11:59pm EDT on September 15th, 2025 (or until all available tickets have been allotted)

As an initiative of the Alchemy TIDE (Training, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) committee, tickets are being allocated specifically for participants who are disabled and/or have accessibility needs. The intention is to reduce some barriers to entry by providing free tickets and support for populations underrepresented at the event. This form is collecting information for people who are disabled and/or have accessibility needs who wish to receive a gifted ticket to Alchemy. A code to redeem a free ticket will be dispersed to the name and email provided below. Please only submit one entry per participant.
