Department Leads manage specific parts of the burn, such as Safety, Art, or Operations. They manage the teams below them and work with the event leads to ensure the burn comes together.
Team and Task Leads are the ones in charge of more specific parts of the burn, like Rangers, Shuttles, Fire Safety, Info Station, and Theme Camp Coordination. Team leads are responsible for making sure everything their team does happens smoothly.
